The Holiday Pantry & Hamper also provides healthy lunches or breakfast for school-aged children who would normally receive a school breakfast program during the Winter school break.

What does an Artisan Sponsor Mean?
What does Sponsoring a Tree, Wreath or Stocking Mean?
Sponsoring a tree, wreath or stocking at the festival typically means that an individual, business, or organization donates and decorates a tree that will be displayed at the event.

How can I participate?
Contributing to the Cause:
All entries registered as Artisan Sponsors will be approved so long that it is family friendly a variety of mediums and creativity is strongly encourage.
Artisan Sponsors will be invited to up to 2 decorating dates (depending on cities for a team building and create the holiday decors on-site. Off-site decorations and construction is also allowed.
Businesses can participate in more than one category and have more than one submission per category
The festival starts in selected cities and run times vary from 4 Days (Thursday - Sunday), to 1-2 weeks or 1 month from November 15 and runs through to December 27, 2025.
Sponsors provide the tree, wreath and/or stocking and decorate one to reflect the sponsor's chosen theme or holiday spirit.
We provide a template Stocking mailed to registered artisan sponsors, and dimensions of the Wreath and Tree height & width.
The sponsor's contribution, whether through financial support or providing a decorated tree, helps raise money for the cause.The festival is held at the former mall retail space which will renamed Trees of Wonderland and sponsors will receive a large amount of brand recognition through their artisan display and/or financial support

Gingerbread Village
Can you keep a sweet secret?
Work is on the way to include a Gingerbread Village at selected locations. From candy-coated rooftops to sugar-spun details, these gingerbread houses will delight guests of all ages!

Whether you have a few hours or a whole day, a solo volunteer, retired teacher or a company team, your time and energy can make a big difference in bringing this holiday tradition to life.
From setting up twinkling lights, plumbing, layout the red carpet, to greeting guests with a warm smile, or mixing cookie ingredients in the backhouse, there’s a spot for everyone to get involved and spread some cheer.
